Last night we had short massages and Shannon and I were able to pray over those who were in The Cave.  I feel closer to God more than ever when I have the opportunity to pray over you or even pray for you when you are unaware.  There were tears, laughter, nervousness, and even relief! My hope is that you take time to practice these prayer techniques: The Centering prayer, the prayer of discernment, and doing your own guided imagery.  You can do these things in your room or somewhere private.  Allow yourself to hear the voice of God calling your name..allow yourself to become

I heard a story today about a group of Christians in a Muslim country..it is acutally a criminal offense to become a Christian in a Muslim country.  This group would meet during the week and in order to pray that would run a diesel engine so that their prayers could not be heard by those outside.  They would pray as the engine would run.  They went to that extreme to pray.  We are able to meet and pray and not worry about being arrested.  Yet, how often do we forget to pray?  All the time.  We forget to pray for our family, friends, and even our own life. 

I am currently visiting the Dream Center in LA. I have been here a day, and I have been blown away by what all goes on here. As a High School Youth Group our Mission Trip is here this summer June 8th-14th. I heard an amazing testimony last night from a man who has been in the DC program for 3 years. He had Meth issues, drinking issues, and severe family issues. He was able to break free from all of these things by steady path and consistent path of faith. He surround himself with people who cared about his every day decisions..the Dream Center was able
