I would just like to thank all of you students for making YOUTH WEEK 2008 such a success!!!! we had a WONDERFUL time and we couldn't have without all of you coming out and participating! God is doing amazing things with our youth group and you guys kicked off this school year the right way!!!!!

I have had some extra time on my hands this week since I'm not working during the day, so I've also had more time to lay in bed and just think...about everything...but mostly what changes are about to happen in the next couple months in my life. 

 I am starting at a new college in a couple weeks. I'm fearful of stepping out of my comfort zone to meet new people, which I don't understand because I am a very bubbly, outgoing person...

Each year we venture out across the country as a Youth Group to be the Hands and Feet of Jesus.  Sometimes we travel by bus or sometimes we travel by air, but the purpose is the same no matter how we travel.  The purpose is make a difference in the name of Jesus.  The hidden purpose is for us to grow closer as a group.  In the famous words of Laurie Anderson," we travel so far to grow so close."  As we journey, we wonder, what is going to happen this year?  What is God going to do through me?  What new friends is God going to place in my life? 

OK so i would like to cordinate a group (whoever wants too) Going to INCREDIBOWL sometime this summer and then we would all bring like $25 and we could do the putt putt golfing and bowling and laser tag package. How does that sound? Any idea on dates because i can't come to Youth group on Sundays and Youth group on Wednesday's because i have softball...I MISS YOU GUYS! So i really want to get something fun put together...So how does that sound? i need to know dates of when people are available...
